Mr. Ravi Shankar Nanda – Founder & Managing Partner, is a law graduate from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University and a Company Secretary. He enrolled himself with Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2001. With his rich experience in legal arena, from June, 2006 Ravi started his own practice specialising in civil and corporate law. His practice area includes Commercial and Civil Litigation, Commercial Arbitration, Insolvency, Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Real Estate, Intellectual Property Rights, Corporate and Transactional Advisory.

Ravi appears before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Allahabad High Court, Chandigarh High Court, Real Estate Regulatory Authorities, National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. Ravi regularly represents and advises large corporate houses, real estate developers and financial institutions in disputes involving complex financial and real estate transactions. He also advises corporates on transactions relating to debt financing and debenture issuances.

Ms. Madhurima Sarangi – Partner, is a law graduate from K. R. Law College, Bilaspur (C.G.) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2014. Madhurima started her career with Juris Corp and has significant experience in handling all types of civil and commercial disputes. Her areas of specialization include Recovery & Security Enforcement, Restructuring & Distressed Assets, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Commercial Arbitration, Intellectual Property Rights, Consumer Disputes, Commercial and Civil Litigation. Madhurima regularly appears before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, NCDRC and Debt Recovery Tribunal. Madhurima has rich experience in representing and advising banks and financial institutions in matters pertaining to Recovery, Enforcement and Insolvency. She also regularly represents and advises Corporates in Commercial Arbitrations and other areas of law. She also specialises in consumer disputes and has represented clients before NCDRC and Supreme Court.
